Electric Bicycle Manufacturer's Warranty

Mulanchayu warrants to the original registered purchaser that the Mulanchayu will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

Disclaimer of Consequential and Incidental Damages: The original registered purchaser of this bicycle, subsequent owners, and all other intended and unintended users of this bicycle shall have no claim against Mulanchayu for any consequential or incidental damages. This product does not come with a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. This warranty gives you specific rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty does not cover: failure to follow manual instructions, acts of God, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alteration, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally designed or compatible with the Lectric e-bike, operating error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or subsequent improper maintenance. Warranted parts are shipped only within the continental United States and Canada.

The warranty covers the following parts: frame, fork, seatpost, handlebars, headset, seatpost, saddle, brakes (excluding brake pads), lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, hubs, cassette, derailleur, shifters, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, display (excluding water damage), kickstand, and hardware. The battery warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, use of third-party chargers, improper maintenance or other similar misuse, normal wear and tear, or water damage (including rust).

Accessories sold on mulanchayu.com are not covered under the warranty.

Stolen bicycles are not covered under the warranty.

Please take necessary precautions to protect your bicycle and battery from exposure to inclement weather conditions. Exposure to extreme humidity, heat, or cold may void the warranty.

We will replace any part damaged in shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to Mulanchayu within 14 days of delivery. This applies to all products, including bicycles and accessories.

We will not refund the cost of your time or effort in replacing a damaged part.

Replacement parts will not be shipped until Mulanchayu has provided photographic evidence. Mulanchayu may request additional documentation (such as a video) to assist in accurately diagnosing the issue and processing the warranty claim.

Most warranty parts are shipped within 1-10 business days after a customer service representative submits the request to our system. Warranty parts will be shipped via USPS First Class, UPS Ground, FedEx Express, or FedEx Ground, depending on the size of the part. Expedited service is not available for warranty parts.

Items such as chains or belts, tires, wheels, rims, inner tubes, battery grips, reflectors, brake rotors, brake pads, cables and housings, grips, and spokes are considered consumable parts. These items wear out during normal use and are not covered under warranty. Replacement and maintenance of these consumable parts are your responsibility.

Any unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered under warranty and may void this warranty.

To request warranty service, please contact Mulanchayu Online Support at Support@mulanchayu.com. Returning a bicycle or part without valid documentation may result in delayed service or the loss of warranty coverage. Warranty return shipping charges, as well as duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the claimant. All unauthorized returns will be refused.

Please note that your insurance policy may not cover accidents involving Mulanchayu e-bikes. To determine whether coverage is available, please contact your insurance company or agent. Damage caused by accidents is not covered under this warranty, and Mulanchayu e-bikes is not responsible for repairing or replacing damaged bicycles or parts.

Mulanchayu reserves the right to change its warranty at any time without notice.

Any action, lawsuit, or other proceeding under this warranty or relating to the bicycle must be commenced within ninety (90) days of the expiration of the one-year warranty period.

This warranty gives the original registered purchaser specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
