Returns and Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before receiving a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel after your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Furthermore, the original shipping costs we incurred to ship the bike to you are not refundable (even if we advertise "free shipping"). Our refund policy is "final sale." Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for bikes once they have been shipped.

If you purchase outside the United States, your credit card company and Shopify (the payment processor) may charge currency conversion fees. All such fees are your responsibility. Lectric eBikes only refunds in US dollars, up to the full amount of your original purchase.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and there must be a valid reason for the return. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging. A restocking fee of up to $300 may be charged at our discretion for any return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please obtain written authorization from us before returning your item to us.

If you ordered a product in error, you will be charged according to this policy.

Accessories and apparel are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Mulanchayu reserves the right to withhold up to the full refund if the bike is not in good condition upon receipt. A restocking fee of up to $300 may apply. If you have owned the bike for more than 14 days or have ridden it, it is not eligible for return.

If approved, we will process your refund and issue the refund to your credit card or original payment method within a reasonable number of days.

Exchanges

We only exchange severely defective or damaged items. If you believe you are eligible for an exchange or replacement, please contact Customer Service at Support@mulanchayu.com.
