Shipping Policy
We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Bikes shipped within the United States may qualify for free shipping. Bulk orders or freight shipments are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping applies to bicycles only. For orders under $100 USD, accessories and parts may be subject to shipping charges.
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you arrange to ship your bicycle internationally, you are responsible for all import duties and taxes. We do not provide repair or warranty service for bicycles shipped internationally. If a part replacement is required, the customer is responsible for all shipping and parts costs, including import duties and taxes.
If you plan to use any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation.
Our products typically ship within 2-10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (unless the product is a pre-order).
When you pre-order a product, the estimated ship date will be listed under the product title on the website.
If you order an electric bike, your battery may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive a separate tracking number for the battery. This will help expedite your overall shipping process. In some cases, there's a delay between when customers receive their shipping confirmation email and when their package is scanned by the carrier. The estimated ship date displayed when tracking a package on the carrier's website is only accurate after the carrier has scanned the package into their system.
To return an item, please mail the product to: 1825 Polk St, San Francisco, CA 94109. You will arrange and pay for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the product, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We do not ship to APO or PO addresses. If you ship a bike to an APO or PO address and it's refused and you wish to cancel your order, you may be charged a restocking fee of up to $300.
Mulanchayu is not responsible for lost or stolen items due to handling by the shipping carrier.
Regardless of your location, you are responsible for complying with local rules and regulations regarding the proper and legal use of e-bikes.
